At Kind Bodies, pelvic health care is never one-size-fits-all. Many patients benefit from a supportive network of professionals who can help with different parts of their wellness journey, from pregnancy and postpartum recovery to movement, mental health, nutrition, and ongoing care.
Our referral partner network includes professionals and organizations we trust, collaborate with, or recommend when a patient may benefit from additional support.
Pelvic health is connected to the whole body and the whole person. That is why Kind Bodies values thoughtful referral relationships with providers and wellness professionals who share a respectful, patient-centered approach to care.
When appropriate, we may recommend trusted professionals who can support care areas outside the scope of pelvic floor physical therapy, including birth support, mental health, movement, lactation support, nutrition, massage therapy, fitness, and other wellness services.
Our goal is to help patients feel informed, supported, and connected to the right type of care. A referral may be suggested when additional professional support could complement a patient’s pelvic health plan.
Kind Bodies may collaborate with or recommend different types of professionals depending on each patient’s needs, goals, and care journey.
We may collaborate with doulas, midwives, lactation consultants, and postpartum professionals who help families feel supported through pregnancy, delivery preparation, postpartum recovery, and early parenthood.
We value movement professionals who understand safe, progressive, body-aware exercise, especially during pregnancy, postpartum recovery, pelvic pain, or return-to-fitness phases.
Pelvic health symptoms can affect confidence, stress, intimacy, and daily life. When emotional support may be helpful, we may recommend licensed mental health professionals or supportive wellness resources.
We may refer to or coordinate with healthcare providers such as OB-GYNs, physicians, specialists, and other clinicians when a patient may benefit from additional medical guidance.
Some patients may benefit from complementary care such as massage therapy, chiropractic care, nutrition support, or other wellness services that align with their individual needs.
Kind Bodies may also connect patients with community-based resources that align with our values of education, accessibility, and compassionate care.
When we share a referral, our goal is to help patients access additional care that feels aligned, respectful, and useful. Whenever possible, we look for partners who value clear communication, professional boundaries, and patient-centered support.
Care we trust. Results we love. Providers we confidently recommend based on their experience, standards of care, and commitment to patient-centered support.
